Happy Birthday Daddy!

These posts tell a little about what Ella's been up to lately :) I'm way behind in blogging, and thought I should put something on here! 

9/4:

Ella was in her room this morning while I fixed breakfast...she was a little too quiet - I went in & it looked like it had snowed! She had her baby q-tips all over the floor! :) when she saw me she went "ohhh" with a big surprised face!! 

Ella has become very affectionate...lots of hugs for mommy & daddy (& cousins - too cute!!) and multiple sweet kisses on both of my cheeks! 

8/31:

We taught Ella to put her arms in the air for "touchdown"....she puts her hands up & says something that sorta sounds like touchdown :)  Daniel said "yay!" & she clapped! 

8/30: 

My baby walked today!! 3 shaky steps :) cutest thing ever!!!

Ella brings us joy daily! She's a tiny girl, but she's growing & changing & her personality is really coming out. She's smart & determined & has a funny sense of humor. She loves to climb & stand on things or sit in drawers! Ella's current favorite "toy" is Daniel's shoe boxes! She loves the pool & her cousins!! She's eating more & more & sleeping well after adjusting to our new home. Ella will be 14 months old on the 18th!

We dressed up as cows for Chic-fil-a's free food day & Ella had a blast! She loved watching the crowds & tasting some fast food treats for the first time :) momma's ice cream cone was yummy, but COLD! 

Our new car!

Our faithful Oldsmobile didn't make the entire move with us last month. It lost the battle with a deer on the drive to Arkansas. God provided a new vehicle for us a few days ago & we love it! Our Saturn Vue is a perfect little family SUV.
